Given a keyword such as a name or handle, returns the first page of TikTok accounts the platform's web search matches to it (10 in the captured call): each account's numeric user id, secure user id, handle, display name and follower count. Matching is loose, so the page can include accounts with similar but different names. Bios, avatars and profile settings are not returned, and only the first page is offered. This uses TikTok's web search route.
